WHAT is Asset Progression?
Asset progression is a progressive planning & execution process to allow one to grow it's wealth and asset in order to achieve their ultimate goal, ie build up the retirement fund, financial freedom, legacy planning and so on.

Well, everyone has different needs and wants at different stage. In general, property investment in Singapore is still classified as a safer investment for long term. Government is monitoring the property market and property investment is still something that's closer to everyone's heart. There is no one size that fits all solution for everyone. It's not a small investment for property. As such, careful planning is still required.

For example: A couple who has just newly married may be looking for a smaller property for a start. As and when they progress to have a small family, they may be looking for upgrading to a bigger unit. Then, when the career has become stable and progressing well, they may be looking at investment or even legacy planning for the children. When they approach retirement age, they may be looking at cashing out from the current property and move into a smaller units.
